about me
My Story
Hi, my name is Tamika MacDonald. I'm thrilled to share with you my passion for nurturing the youngest minds on their exciting journey of growth. With a background deeply rooted in alternative special education at my local middle school, I am honored to introduce a new chapter as I embark on the establishment of my very own home daycare. Beyond this, I am humbled to be an active leader within our local Boy Scout troop and community, fostering values of leadership and community spirit.
Amid the seriousness, a fun revelation: I hold a fervent love for gardening, although grapefruit doesn't quite make the cut in my book! My role as a mother to two boys and two girls, alongside my partnership with my husband Colin, forms the cornerstone of my identity. Ensuring the utmost safety, I come equipped with CPR, First Aid, and AED training.
However, the heart of my enthusiasm lies in collaborating with you to shape the budding journeys of your child/children . Together, we'll create a space where imagination, growth, and safety intertwine, setting the stage for a bright and promising future.
